Steal The Gold – Using Cones For Gold

– Divide players into pairs and they are assigned a cone around a circle (their kingdom).
– Marker/cones (the gold) are placed in the middle of the area – THE CASTLE,
On ‘Go’ on person from each kingdom dribbles their ball toward the centre circle and once inside the circle can put their foot on the ball and pick up a piece of gold then take it back to their kingdom dribbling their soccer ball.
– There are two taggers in the center circle protecting the castle. They protect by tagging anyone who comes into the circle.
– The guards can only tag the player when they are in the circle. Once tagged the player goes back to their kingdom and high-fives their partner who then tries to dribble into the castle and steal gold. If a player has picked up a piece of gold, is still in the circle, and gets tagged, they must drop the gold and return to their kingdom to tag partner.
– The game is over when one or two pieces of gold remain in the middle.
