Red Light – Green Light (Two Player Activity)

– The pair of players begin at one end of their area (Starting Line) or physically distanced using a 1/2 soccer field.

– The instructor turns their back to the group and then says ‘Green Light’. Everyone can then move forward toward the Finishing Line.

– When the instructor says ‘Red Light’, they turn around. Players who have not stopped and are frozen must return to the Starting Line.

– Continue until an individual makes it to the Finishing Line

Variation:

– Use a soccer ball and the players must have the ball underneath their foot when the instructor turns around after saying ‘Red Light’.
