Live In A Triangle Dribblers

– As the players dribble within an area, on Whistle or Coaches Call or Visual Cue (Hold Up A Triangle), the players will quickly attempt to dribble into one of the small triangles made by a coach.
– If there are not enough triangles for each player then multiple players can live in a triangle.

Progression: When the coach says ‘Live In The Triangle’ the players dribble through as many triangles as possible within 30 seconds, however, they must stop in each triangle and put each foot on top of the ball.
– At the end of 30 seconds the coach says ‘Open Dribble’ and the players can dribble anywhere that they like and they report as they dribble how many triangles they were able to live in.
