1 With 1 – Two Dribblers Disrupting Each Other (Two Player Activity)

Two people dribbling freely in the area at slow and then their fastest speeds:

• They are not attempting to know each other’s soccer ball away however their presence and movement will cause the other player to find new spaces. While dribbling the players must look for the spaces that are afforded to them which gives them a purpose or direction for their next dribble (action).

• To ensure learning is occurring at high speeds let them players recover with slow dribbling within established time periods. 30 seconds slow and 30 seconds as fast as possible.
