1v1 - Four Corners

Objectives: To practice dribbling and use of techniques.
Area Size: 15×15 or smaller.

1v1 – Four Corners

– One attacker & one defender. Four players are in all four corner safety zones.
– Attacker must dribble past defender and into one of the safety zones. Each time this is done the dribbler receives a point. Once dribbler reaches a safety zone, he gives the ball to the next player who must try to dribble past the defender into a new safety zone.
– If the defender can steal the ball, he tries to reach a safety zone to get a point. Attacker then becomes defender

Variation 1:
– A center-line is created. The player must score in a safety zone on the other side of the center-line.

Variation 2:
– Play 2v2 or 3v3. With each successive goal into a safety zone, one player on the team changes. Defenders can drop in and get organized before confronting, as they know they have to come over the centre-line.
